Telemarketing Purchase of vouchers and Online Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. References to "us", "we", "our", "InternationalLeisure  and International Leisure Corp Pty. Ltd. ABN 86 612 205 857" in these voucher purchase(s) and booking terms and conditions shall meanInternational Leisure / International Leisure Corp Pty. Ltd"

Purchase of Vouchers - At the time of purchase of the ELITE TRAVEL VOUCHER package we require payment in full before it is posted to the client. Payment can be by Cheque, EFT, Credit card or PayPal. An invoice with a receipt attached will be sent by email within 1/2 hour of purchase if it is made over the phone by credit card. If payment is made by any other manner approved,  a invoice will be rendered with purchase details, and sent to you with payment requirements noted on the invoice. Once funds have been received by International Leisure and are cleared. Then at that time another invoice will be sent noting receipt of funds and the vouchers will be sent by Registered Post at that time. With all paid invoices the full contact details of our consultants with full details of the purchase and payment will be included..

REFUND of Purchase - If you have purchased an Elite Travel voucher package from one of our telemarketing sales consultants and have not opened or used the services available through the vouchers or booked travel with the voucher you may receive a refund of the full purchase price on the following terms - 
  • We are not required to refund or replacement of your money if you change your mind or for any change in your travel status (health, financial etc.) or the travel status of persons that maybe travelling with you.
  • You have 10 business days to cool-off  If you cancel the agreement, the 10 days starts on the first business day after you receive the sales invoice. If sent by email the date of the email with the attached invoice will apply. If posted then the registered post date will apply.
  • The Voucher package sent to you must be returned in it's entirety by registered post. You are required to advise us of the registered Post tracking number on the day sent. The voucher package must be sent via Australia Post to International Leisure at 1601/5 Harbour Side Ct. Biggera Waters, QLD. 4216, at your expense, unopened in the condition sent from our office and delivered to you by Australia Post.
  • you can terminate the agreement verbally or in writing any time during the cooling-off period. Written termination can only be sent via post, emailed or sent via fax. The agreement will be cancelled from the day you give notice.
  • After the cooling off period you may transfer the voucher(s) only to family or friends a fee will apply if the voucher has been activated.
  • A refund will only occur on the day that the ELITE Travel voucher package is received in the condition set out above
  • All vouchers provided by International Leisure must be activated within two years of the registered post date of your vouchers. If not activated within the two years they will expire and a renewal fee will be required to be paid if the program covered by the voucher is still active. 

Agreement to Terms and Conditions"

“In agreeing to International Leisure Terms & Conditions, I understand that International Leisure may pass my personal details, including but not limited to my name, address, email address and telephone number onto a 3rd party, being Our Vacation Centre, the operator of the My Just Rewards Travel & Lifestyle Rewards program and the My241 rewards program, and I agree to My Just  Rewards and My241 Rewards contacting me from time to time either by phone, SMS or email, to manage reservations made by me under the My Just Rewards Travel & Lifestyle Rewards program and/or My241 Rewards program;  manage the operation of the My Just Rewards Travel & Lifestyle Rewards program, My241 Rewards Program and/or promote special deals and travel packages which may be of interest or benefit to me as a member of the My Just Rewards Travel & Lifestyle Rewards Program.”

Booking

All rental  bookings must be made through the booking request section on the Home page of www.retireinstyle.com.au or directly with a consultant at 1800 763 240. The voucher has unlimited use privileges and bookings can be for a minimum of "4 nights " and all bookings must be completed within 2 years of activation of the voucher. All accommodation is paid on terms as setout and agreed to by the voucher holder at the time of booking. This can range from a deposit with the balance one month prior to occupancy, or up to 100% of the rental in advance plus all Government, State,and City tax, resort or hotel amenity fees, currency conversions, other fees, credit card fees etc. all stated in the local currency of the country wherein the apartment is located and restated in Australian dollars as and when payments are due.

*The “Two for One” apartment pricing is calculated on the published full rack room rates of the marketplace in which the apartment  is part  * All offers are subject to individual Terms and Conditions of the relevant service provider. These Terms and Conditions will vary by provider and are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions of International Leisure * Prices are correct as at time of publication and are subject to change at any time without notice unless stated. Please contact your consultant for the most up to date prices and travel period * Advertised prices include all discounts, where applicable. * All prices are in the currency of the Country in which the apartment is located. Australian dollars maybe quoted but are subject to change at anytime based on the value of the Australian dollar at the time of final booking, and are per stay for the number of guest stated. * Airfare is not included, unless otherwise stated. However, if included, advertised airfare is in economy class unless otherwise stated and subject to seat availability at the time of booking. * Seasonal surcharges and blackout dates may apply depending on date of travel. * Prices shown are fully inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees of the hotel and International Leisure.. Additional taxes specific to your flight routing may apply ,where airfare is included. *Full Rate or "rack rate" is supplied by the hotel/resort. It is their Full Retail selling price, not the Market or Promoted Price and varies for different types of rooms. Some properties do not display Full Rates. Full Rate may apply in busy times or peak season when accommodation is at a premium. * Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge. * Further travel restrictions and conditions may apply - please contact us for further details on a specific advertised offer. * Cancellation and amendment fees apply - please ask your consultant for details. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or combined with any other form of discount or membership. Property Terms and Conditions' may be applicable which will be advised by your Travel Consultant.

All apartments based on availability as a “241” apartment at time of enquiry. 

All prices are subject to change and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations. Please contact a consultant for up to date prices.
Refunds, Changes and Cancellation Fees:

We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed. Fees and extra charges will also apply if accommodation is rebooked. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

Booking Fees:

The following booking fees apply to online bookings when available:

• Online Domestic accommodation bookings will incur a booking fee of $19.95 per booking which is non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you.

• Online International accommodation bookings will incur a booking fee of up to $28 per person which is non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you.
Amendment and Cancellation Charges:
The following amendment and cancellation fees and charges apply to online bookings:

• Changes/amendments or cancellations to Domestic accommodation bookings will incur a fee of $27.50 per occupant per booking in addition to supplier fees.

• Changes/amendments or cancellations to International accommodation bookings will incur a fee of $38.50 per occupant per booking in addition to supplier fees.

• Changes/amendments or cancellations made using our After hours emergency assistance may incur additional fees

• If you wish to change, amend or cancel accommodations previously booked online and paid for using PayPal, you must contact our Online Customer Service Team on 1300 957 476 or 07 5538 6530 ( Int. ++617 5538 6530) during our business hours M- F ( am to 5 pm. Any charges for such change or amendment must be made via credit card and will attract the applicable credit card service fee.

Final Payment:

You will be required to pay in full at the time of purchase.

Payments by Credit Card:

Credit card surcharges may apply when paying by credit card. If for any reason any travel service provider contracted by InternationalLeisure is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that provider, and not against us. In the event that payment has been made to us by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to us.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel.

Agency:

We may act as an agent in some cases.. We sell various travel related products on behalf of certain accommodation, transport and other service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.

Liability:

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Special Requirements:

Please contact our Online Customer Service Team on 07 5538 6530 (Int. ++617 5538 6530 regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meal and accommodation requests.

Passports & Visas:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.

Visa Information:

If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip, please contact us on 07 5538 6530. We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf or you can contact an external visa advisory service provider such as Visalink directly. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it. If you wish, we can obtain visas for you through this external service and fees will apply.

Monies Not Held On Trust:

All monies paid by you to us will be the property of International Leisure Corp. Pty Ltd and will be a debt due and payable to the accommodation provider once the services to which the money relates have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by us on trust for and on behalf of you and we may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with our own and/or other customer monies.

Governing Law:

If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, the laws of Australia will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree with the above terms and conditions.


Retail Booking Terms & Conditions

Prices

All accommodation are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, operating costs and tax increases. Please contact your consultant for up to date prices.

Refunds, Changes and Cancellation Fees

We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

Refunds for Membership and or Promotional Vouchers - International Leisure Corp. Pty. Ltd. conducts the sale of memberships and promotional vouchers to promote International Leisure accommodation, 241 cruising and FREE Holiday's. The vouchers maybe returned within 10 days of purchase being made. They must be returned at the cost of the purchaser and in original "new condition, unopened" and without blemish, marks tears of any kind. If the vouchers are registered and web sites accessed or used in any manner. There will be no refund.

Rewards or Bonus Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied as if they were cash and cannot be combined with other vouchers in the promotion. The voucher value is applied in part or whole pending the booking that is requested on the my just rewards web site. The amount of the voucher value applied is calculated at the time of requesting a booking for a cruise, tour or accommodation.

Deposit and Final Payment

You will be required to pay a deposit or deposits when booking. Your consultant will advise you of how much that will be. All deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you. Final payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payments by Credit Card

Credit card surcharges of 1.98% for Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and 3% for Diner’s Club will apply when paying by credit card. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that provider, and not against us. In the event that payment has been made to us by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to us.

Payments by B-Pay

Please note that BPAY takes up to 3 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to make the payment at least 3 business days prior to the actual due date. You must notify your consultant of your payment once it has been made.

Payments by Cheque

Please note that cheque payments (including bank cheques) require 5 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to make the payment at least 5 business days prior to the actual due date. You agree not to stop payment of the cheque even when you cancel a booking. You agree that we may apply the proceeds of the cheque to satisfy any liability you have to us, including any liability in respect of cancellation fees, before refunding the balance to you.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. If you decline travel insurance you may be required to sign a disclaimer.

Agency

We may act as an agent only in some cases. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.

Travel Documents

Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All accommodation must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel. As a general rule your travel documents will be available for collection 2 weeks prior to departure, however this will depend on your individual arrangements. Please contact your consultant to confirm when your travel documents are ready for collection.
